Alright, time to do a full reverse and eat the most caloric crap available! Woohoo, grocery store, here I come!

After going and buying for 45$ worth of stuff, I was thinking how it might end up costing me just as much as the last time. But then I actually realized that one bag of skittles is pretty much my calories for one entire day. FUCK. This'll be hard. Not to mention that my 4 calories/ gram limit is pretty steep. That bypasses pretty much all meats, anything with vegetables/fruits in it and just restricts me to mostly complete crap ( smarties, chocolate, chips), nut products of some kind and grains. Basically one bag of chips can feed me for 3 days.

============================================================
DAY 16

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Lay's Cheddar and Sour Cream chips 5.4 400 74
Granola Bar 4.3 150 35
Aged Cheddar Cheese 4.3 250 58
Totals ------ 800/800 167

comments:
Wow ok this is going to be ROUGH. I don't know if you realize how little 200 grams of food is but basically it's a big tomato or like 2 apples. Try and only eat 2 apples during the course of the day and see if that keeps you feeling full for any lenght of time.

============================================================
DAY 17

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Lay's Cheddar and Sour Cream chips 5.4 400 74
70% cocoa Chocolate 5.6 140 25
Granola Bar 4.3 150 35
Aged Cheddar Cheese 4.3 160 37
Totals ------ 850/850 171

comments:
Yesterday I wasn't that hungry because I was recovering from the party and I was really tired and whatnot but today was a more normal day and basically after eating my granola bar and a bowl of chips I was almost at my limit. It's fucked up when 2 cups of cream of chicken soup has less calories than one tiny granola bar that is about as filling as a grain of rice laced with cocaine. I'd eat 10 boxes of that shit and it would barely begin to curb my appetite. I was really onto something with the soups. GENIUS.

DAY 18

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Lay's Cheddar and Sour Cream chips 5.4 551 102
70% cocoa Chocolate 5.6 140 25
Granola Bar 4.3 150 35
Aged Cheddar Cheese 4.3 176 41
Totals ------ 1017 / 1000 203

comments:
My breakfast was a bowl of chips. It was awful. I did not enjoy eating it and I felt like crap afterwards. The chocolate was a lot better. Man this sucks. I've eaten so few calories in the first part that trying to keep up with it now is really hard.

============================================================
DAY 19

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Trail Mix of some kind 5.2 260 50
70% cocoa Chocolate 5.6 140 25
Granola Bar 4.3 150 35
Aged Cheddar Cheese 4.3 360 84
Totals ------ 900/900 194

comments:
I took a double-take when I counted the 50 grams of trail mix and just saw it staring back at me from the bottom of the bowl. It's one with chocolate, yogurt, peanuts and other sort of nuts... real bad. 50 grams of this, which doesn't even cover the bottom of my bowl, is as many calories as a McDonald's hamburger. If you ate that bag in front of the tv, you'd go through 1500 calories before you know it. HOLY CRAP.

============================================================
DAY 20

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Trail Mix of some kind 5.2 520 100
70% cocoa Chocolate 5.6 140 25
Granola Bar 4.3 150 35
Aged Cheddar Cheese 4.3 215 50
Totals ------ 1025/800 194

comments:
Today I ate a little more than I was supposed to ( 200 calories more ) and my reason for that is: fuck it.
Do you know what 50 grams of trail mix looks like? It looks like this:

That's 260 calories. Would you rather eat that or a hamburger? Or like 3 pounds of broccoli? Or 3 cups of soup? Pretty easy choice for my money.

============================================================
DAY 21

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Trail Mix of some kind 5.2 1180 227
85% cocoa Chocolate 5.5 220 40
Totals ------ 1400/1400 267

comments:
That chocolate is horrible. Bleh. 1400 calories! What a blessed day. Tomorrow I'm going out of town. It's unexpected.. So.. no promises on what I might eat since it would be free. I mean, I can't NOT eat free food, I'm not a beast.

DAY 22-23-24

So I was on the road for these 3 days basically. I ate pure high octane crapola and tried to keep a record of it. I make myself sick. SICK. Haha.

Also probably thanks in part to movies like Super-Size me, most big restaurant chains have all the nutritional info of their horrible food available online! So if you eat at any big chain on a regular basis, look up their website sometime and see how many calories that "normal portion" of ribs REALLY has.

Food Caloric Density (cal/grams) Calories total Weight (grams)
Trail Mix of some kind 5.2 208 40
Honey Roasted Peanuts 6.2 248 40
10x Timbits 2.6 640 248
Tim Horton's raisin bran muffin 2.8 360 128
McDonald's Hamburger 2.5 250 100
McChicken 2.45 360 147
2x McDouble 2.7 880 330
Cheeseburger 2.6 300 114
1/2 Perkins Creamy Chicken Pasta 2.1 795 383
1/2 Perkins Sampler thing 2.7 790 290
Half a stick of beef jerky 2.9 80 28
Sun chips 5.4 216 40
Totals ------ 5127 1888

Daily averages:
calories: 1709
weight: 629

comments:
The only reason I have a daily average below 3000 is because I basically ate 3 meals in fast food shit places in 3 days and didn't eat much the rest of the time. Those places are killer. Perkin's is A SICK PALACE OF DEEP-FRIED OFFENSES. If you clean your plate you're probably looking at a 1500-2000 average for their feasts of crap, which is what you should eat in a whole day. Add a Pepsi and a slice of pie to that and you'd already be a fat ass if you ate there every day while eating only once a day. Skip breakfast all you want, porker, but if you eat out for lunch and diner and lick your plate clean, you'll be exploding out of your pants within the year.

So hopefully this doesn't fuck things up... TOO much. I hope I didn't forget anything. Anyway let's see if I gained any weight tomorrow and then let's see what happens in my second week of following the crazy low diet!

SEE YOU NEXT WEEK
