It's new year's eve, TIME FOR RESOLUTIONS. What are good resolutions? They are measurable goals that can be broken down into smaller steps on which you can work from week to week! If one of your goals is simply to "Eat healthy", "Be more active" or "Be More Loving", then you will fail because those aren't things that numbers can be attached to. More loving? What the fuck does that mean? You'll hug more strange dogs at the park? Eat healthy? How much? What? Stop being an idiot and make good goals.
