It dawned on me that I don't know anything about Canadian politics. For years I've been following American politics, sharing all the laughter and sadness with you fine folk but I've been ignoring what's been going on around here. This makes me a pretty terrible citizen. I don't even know who the mayor of my city is. I don't know when we have to vote. Or for who. Or what. That's pretty damn bad, so this month and for the rest of the year, I'll dedicate a few hours each week to learning about Canadian politics and thus become a less shitty occupant of this ...probably...fine country? ?
