Let's make HEALTHY CAKE

Want to eat cake? THINK YOU'RE FAT? Have I got the recipe for you! Well I think I do. This is one weird-ass cake that's as healthy to eat as a omelet. You can have this for dinner AND dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

Cake part:

1 can (19oz / 540ml) Black Beans
1 can (19oz / 540ml) White beans
12 egg whites
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup Splenda

Frosting:

1 package (454g)of semi-firm tofu ( DRAINED!)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Alright first off, open those bean cans and DRAIN THEM

And then wash the beans. That juice is to farts what Uranium is to Godzilla so get rid of it in whatever recipe you make that has beans.

Then put the beans, 12 egg whites, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons nutmeg, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/3 cup splenda in the blender. SHAKE IT UP.

You want to blend this until you get a nice smooth paste. Taste it if you like and add some more splenda or spices if you think it's too bland. Don't worry if it seems really liquid, that's normal.

Now grease up a mold and pour that bater in!

Now shove it in the oven at 375F for 90 minutes.

While that's cooking, time to make the frosting. Clean up your blender and put in the tofu, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup splenda.

Blend until smooth and put it in a bowl.

And put that in the fridge until you're ready to use it!

Once the cake is done, take it out of the oven. It should be huge now. But it'll flatten out really fast pretty much no matter what you do, so don't cry.

Let it cool for a couple minutes and unmold it. Unmold is a word.

Now let it cool for a few hours. Nah. Fuck that. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Once it's properly cooled down, cut it in half and put frosting in the middle. Hmmmm

That's starting to look good...

Now put the two halves back together and frost it up. Yeah my frosting was way too liquid because I didn't drain my tofu... Don't... do that...

AND YOU'RE DONE! This entire cake has only 1543 calories and 140 grams of protein! Yummy protein. There's also enough fiber in there to shape many a fine log. Definitely give this recipe a try, there's a 15% chance that you're not going to throw it in the garbage!
