BEER CUPCAKES!

God I'm bored...

And it's so damn hot...

Yet I can't drink cool refreshing beer......

My, what to do?

Well I can't... DRINK...beer....

So how about I make...

What you will need:

Step 1: In a large saucepan, melt 2.5 cups butter, 8 ounces dark chocolate, 3 cups sugar and 2 cups of beer. Keep stirring until all the butter whales have been dissolved:

In a large bowl, stir in 4 eggs and 2 cups of CREEEEME FRAIIICHE with a whisk until it's well combined.

OBLIGATORY:

Gradually add in 5 cups of white flour and 2 teaspoons of baking soda while also adding the butter / chocolate mixture.

Now get your cupcake mold and line each of them with little cupcake papers, cause that's fancy. Now pour in the mixture all the way to the top, cause you want BIG ASS CUPCAKES.

Put that in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes ( depending on the size of your cupcakes ).

While your cupcakes are baking, make your icing! Mix 1/2 cup butter, 8 ounces cream cheese, 10 tablespoons of beer and 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Then add 3 cups of icing sugar.

WARNING: THIS MAKES WAY TOO MUCH FUCKING FROSTING. MAKE HALF OF THAT. ALSO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE CALLED FOR 8 MORE OUNCES DARK CHOCOLATE MELTED INTO THE ICING. THAT'S PROBABLY A GOOD CALL.

Pour the icing into a large bag and put it in the fridge for as long as you can.

Alright, cupcakes are done. This recipe makes about 40 billion of them.

Now it's time to GET TRICKY. Dig a little hole into each cupcake with your finger. You can use a knife to help out.

Now pour some beer in that hole! Hmmm that's a great idea. I'm sick of beer recipes that don't taste like beer. THESE CUPCAKES ARE GONNA TASTE LIKE BEER.
