How to make kickass Hot Cocoa

WARNING: THIS WILL MAKE YOU REALLY FAT

There's nothing to warm your heart like a big mug of hot cocoa. Since I like you guys, I will share this awesome recipe I use to make mine. Nothing can beat this. I assume.

STEP 1: Get a big mug

There is no such thing as a mug that is TOO big.

STEP 2: Fill it to about 2/3rds with 2% milk

Skim milk? Please.

STEP 3: One tablespoon of chocolate mix

I have Quik. Use whatever you like best.

STEP 4: Fill with marshmallows

Use the mini ones. All the way to the top of the mug.

STEP 5: Microwave

Microwave it until the milk starts to rise. You'll see, there's a point at which, if you let it go, it will explode out of your mug. Stop right before that. It's crucial that this be as hot as possible.

STEP 6: Mix marshmallows

At this point, they should be practically all melted. Just stir them in to create some more space on top of the mug. There will probably still be a nice layer of marshmallow foam on top of your drink. This is good. You want this.

STEP 7: Amarula Fruit Cream

Put in as much as you'll tolerate. I put almost a tablespoon. This stuff is AWESOME. You could also use Bailey's Irish Cream or any alcohol you want, really. But this is the best.

STEP 8: 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Crucial. Stir that in with the Fruit Cream.

Other things you could add that would be great: vanilla extract, coffee grounds, ice cream and maple syrup.

Starbucks would probably charge 10 bucks for an awesome drink like that. And while I'm at it:Here's how you make the best damn desert Rum and Coke.

This is not a drink to get drunk, it's just to savor.

STEP 1: Mug

You should always use a beer mug for every drink. That or a pint glass.

STEP 2: Fill with Coke

Classic coke is best. I don't know why, it just tastes sweeter and fuller. Diet stuff has a strange emptiness to it.

STEP 3: Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum

Nothing beats it. You need spiced rum for this, no two ways about it. The only other substitute would be very sweet rum, the one that smells like sugar canes. It's pretty rare so just buy a bottle of Captain. Add as much as you want. I'd say about 1 tablespoon is enough for this.

STEP 4: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Delicious

STEP 5: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Finishing touch. You could also just use vanilla coke but I can't find it anymore in Canada. Canada is stupid.

The important thing to remember here is that you should put cinnamon and vanilla in everything. Hope you'll make these great calorific drinks in the evening when you need to wind down after a hard day at work.
