Challenge: Eating Healthy for a month.

Since I can feel myself wasting away and cancers growing all over my ass, I'll try to eat super-healthy for one whole month. Hopefully it sucks less than not eating anything solid for 22 days....

THE RULES:

WHAT I CAN'T EAT/ DRINK:

- Soft drinks - Red Meat - No getting drunk
- Ice Cream - Candy of any kind - Cake
- Frozen foods - Fast food - Jello
- Mayonaise - Smoked food of any kind - Fruit Juice/ Punch
- No smoking of any kind - Chips/nachos - White bread
- Poultry/ Eggs - Animal Milk - Sugary cereals
- White Rice - Pasta - Cheese


WHAT I CAN EAT/ DRINK:

- Any vegetable - Any fruit - Any nuts/ seeds
- Any cructacean - Any fish - Vegetable Juice
- Whole Grain bread - Legumes - Yogurt
- Olive Oil - Condiments / Salad Dressing - Soy Milk
- Algae ( gross) - Spices of any kind - Soy Milk


WHAT I MUST EAT/ DRINK EACH DAY:

- 4+ cups of green tea ( 0 Calories )
- 2 squares ( 10 grams ) of 85% + cocoa chocolate ( 130 calories )
- 1 beer/glass of wine ( 150 calories )
- 1 cup of broccoli/ brussel sprouts ( 45 calories )
- 2 cloves of garlic ( 10 calories )
- 0.5 cup onions/ shallots ( 30 calories )
- 0.5 cup spinach ( 4 calories )
- 0.5 cup soy ( 100 calories )
- 1 cup berries/cranberries ( 100 calories )
- 0.5 cup grapes ( 30 calories )
- 1 citrus fruit ( 60 calories )
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seed ( 45 calories )
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste ( 13 calories )
- 1 teaspoon turmeric ( 5 calories )
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ( 0 calories )

-I must eat 1500 calories or less each day
-I must eat at least 5 times per day

So I'll be doing this all through February. Yeah I know it's the shortest month, so I'm doing this so it feels much much longer! How's that for taking the time to appreciate your life?
